1. Subscriptions (Recurring Orders)
When you opt for a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries based on your selected frequency.

Secure Billing: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless prepaid.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Access the "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation email or log in to your account.

2. Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming or out-of-stock artisanal products.

Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout. If a partial deposit is taken, your payment method will be charged the remaining balance upon fulfillment.

3. Try Before You Buy
For "Try Before You Buy" items, we authorize your payment method at checkout without an immediate charge.
