This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you shop at La Sultane de Saba Canada, operated by OnlyBlooms Import Inc.
We are committed to transparent, reliable, and Canada-compliant shipping practices.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada only.
- We do not ship internationally
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders
All orders are fulfilled from our Canadian location in Ottawa, Ontario.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 0–1 business day
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the next business day
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after order processing:

3–11 business days, depending on destination within Canada
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or external factors.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders CA$100 or more (before taxes, after discounts)
- Flat Rate Shipping: CA$10 on orders under CA$100
Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email
- Tracking information will be included when available
- You may also track your order through your customer account
6. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, please check with your local carrier or building management.
If unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Keep all packaging
- Take clear photos of the item and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund
